Problem

One of the main problems was the limited availability of critical equipment and materials, putting execution times at risk. To overcome this, accelerated logistics and proactive supply management were implemented, ensuring timely delivery and early connection of the system to the electricity market

Limited availability of critical equipment and materials.
Risk in the project execution times.
Implementation of accelerated logistics and proactive supply management.
Timely delivery and early connection of the system to the electrical market.

Initial Challenges

The main challenge was to accelerate the start-up of the solar system installed on the floor, intended for the total sale of energy in the electricity market. An efficient and coordinated execution strategy was implemented to meet established deadlines, allowing the generation and sale of energy to begin in the shortest possible time, thus optimizing the return on investment.

01

Accelerated start-up

Priority was given to the rapid entry into operation of the solar system installed on the floor.

02

Energy sales model

The system was designed for the total sale of energy in the electricity market.

03

Efficient and coordinated execution

A strategy focused on strictly complying with established deadlines was implemented.

04

Optimizing return on investment

The early start of energy generation and sale made it possible to maximize the project's return.
