Borgwarner Saltillo

The project was developed for a company in the automotive industry, in its new plant, which had a high energy consumption.

Problem

The limitation of schedules for carrying out installation work, since the production areas were kept operating continuously. This made it necessary to carefully coordinate access, maneuvers and safety measures such as working at heights and work with electrical hazards, as well as carrying out part of the tasks so as not to interfere with the production line, coordinating with CFE.

Limited hours due to the continuous operation of production areas.
Coordination of accesses and maneuvers so as not to interfere with the production line.
Reinforced safety measures, including work at height and electrical hazards.
Coordinated execution with CFE to carry out the tasks without affecting the operation.

Initial Challenges

Technical and logistical coordination within the automotive company's facilities, where it was necessary to carefully plan the installation of the panels between the company and the CFE. In addition, the structural and electrical design of the new plant was reviewed to ensure the compatibility of the solar system with the new infrastructure, ensuring an orderly and safe development of the project.
