Problem

In steel casting, one of the main problems was the accumulation of metallic dust and high temperatures in the working environment, which represented a challenge for the safe installation and optimal performance of solar equipment. It was necessary to implement special protocols for cleaning, ventilation and protection of the photovoltaic system to ensure its durability and performance.

Initial Challenges

The main challenge was to adapt the solar installation to the demanding conditions of a steel smelting plant, considering high temperatures, the presence of metallic dust and small industrial spaces. Precise planning and specialized technical solutions were required to integrate the photovoltaic system without affecting the continuous operation of the plant, nor the performance of the panels derived from the plant's production chain.

01

Demanding industrial environment

The solar installation had to adapt to high temperatures, the constant presence of metallic dust and conditions typical of a steel smelting plant.

02

Space limitations

The small industrial spaces required careful design to integrate the photovoltaic system without interfering with existing infrastructure.

03

Operational continuity

Implementing the solution without affecting the continuous operation of the plant or production processes was key.

04

Specialized planning and solutions

Precise planning and specific technical solutions were required to ensure the performance and durability of solar panels.
