Problem

The limitation of schedules for carrying out installation work, since the production areas were kept operating continuously. This made it necessary to carefully coordinate access, maneuvers and safety measures such as working at heights and work with electrical hazards, as well as carrying out part of the tasks so as not to interfere with the production line, coordinating with CFE.

Schedule restriction due to continuous operation of the plant.
Complex accesses and maneuvers within productive areas.
Risks associated with working at height and electrical work
Coordinated interconnection with CFE.

Initial Challenges

Technical and logistical coordination within the automotive company's facilities, where it was necessary to carefully plan the installation of the panels between the company and the CFE. In addition, structural and electrical adjustments were made to ensure the compatibility of the solar system with existing infrastructure, ensuring an orderly and safe development of the project.

01

Technical coordination with CFE

Joint planning for a safe and orderly interconnection.

02

Infrastructure adjustments

Structural and electrical adjustments for system compatibility

03

Secure system installation

Controlled execution with high safety standards.
